Lead bring-up and early validation of Wayve's AI software stack on customer hardware
Oversee US Application Engineering team for localisation and AV capability growth
Ensure cross-SoC and OS performance; coordinate CI/CD, HIL, and test infra integration
Collaborate with OEM/Tier 1 to resolve hardware-specific issues
Enable system-level diagnostics, logging, and secure boot configurations
Automate setup, flashing, health checks, and test execution on target hardware

🎯 Requirements

8+ years embedded or automotive software, platform bring-up preferred
Strong C/C++, Bash, Python
Leadership experience in distributed/high-performing teams
Deep Linux embedded know-how (Yocto, systemd, bootloaders, device trees)
Familiar with QNX and Adaptive AUTOSAR on target hardware
Experience with automotive-grade SoCs (NVIDIA Orin, Qualcomm SA8295/SA8650, Renesas, TI)
