Lead and grow a team of Application Security engineers
Drive security across Roblox’s software development lifecycle
Partner with engineering teams to identify and reduce security risks
Establish and improve security practices, including reviews, testing, and secure design
Build and scale security solutions through automation and developer tooling
Balance hands-on security work with long-term investments in automation and tooling

🎯 Requirements

8+ years Information Security
2+ years engineering management
Strong background in Application Security
Experience across the SDLC security programs
Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding
Experience with cloud, microservices, CI/CD
Proven ability to lead projects from strategy to execution
Strong communication and collaboration skills
