🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as engineering manager of productive teams
• 5+ years as an engineer writing code
• Strong technical foundation for team success
• Experience guiding tooling and framework decisions
• Lead cross-functional partners across product, design and engineering
• Product-minded engineering across mobile, web, and backend
