🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering experience; 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep platform engineering: CI/CD, tooling, automation, testing infra.
• Experience building 'Platform as a Product' with adoption metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management; influence without authority.
• Balance technical depth with people leadership.
• Fluent in English; comfortable influencing across multiple countries.
