• Build and lead a high-performing team of 6 engineers focused on developer productivity.
• Create a culture where platform adoption and developer satisfaction are north stars.
• Define and drive the technical vision for CI/CD, testing infra, and release automation.
• Drive high-impact decisions balancing short-term delivery with long-term scale.
• Champion a Platform as a Product mindset; measure adoption and satisfaction.
• Partner with product teams and Platform teams to solve cross-cutting challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering and 3+ years managing technical teams.
• Deep platform engineering expertise: CI/CD, developer tooling, automation, testing infra.
• Track record building Platform as a Product - adoption, impact, and feedback iteration.
• Strong stakeholder management - influence without authority, navigate org dynamics.
• Balance technical depth with people leadership; coach engineers and review Terraform modules.
• Fluent in English; comfortable influencing across a multi-country organization.
