• 6+ years software engineering; 3+ years leading tech teams.
• Deep platform engineering: CI/CD, tooling, automation, testing infra.
• Platform as a Product mindset: measure adoption and impact.
• Strong stakeholder management; influence without authority.
• Balance technical depth with people leadership; coach engineers.
• Fluent in English; comfortable across multi-country org.
