• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers building internal automation and developer tooling.
• Shape and drive the strategy and roadmap for engineering automation and internal tools.
• Partner with engineers and stakeholders to turn pain points into pragmatic solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Own execution and delivery, balancing speed with reliability and maintainability.
• Build a strong, autonomous team and grow technical leadership within the team.

• Leadership experience coaching and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong software engineering background with depth to guide designs and decisions.
• Experience delivering software projects end to end.
• Ability to translate broad problems into clear priorities and plans.
• Product and customer mindset for internal tooling and developer workflows.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders.
