Engineering Manager - Axion

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a cross-functional Axion engineering team (software, sim, UI, hardware)
• Define and own the technical roadmap aligned with Axion strategy
• Drive best practices: architecture, code reviews, CI/CD, testing
• Manage sprint planning, milestones, risks, and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with product/UX and hardware/integration for value delivery
• Stay ahead on tech: autonomy, AI, real-time systems, HMI

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 3–5+ years in software engineering with 1–2 years in leadership
• Strong background in architecture and delivery of large-scale real-time systems
• Experience managing full software lifecycle: design to deployment
• Mentoring and growing engineering teams
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration; US citizenship with TS clearance eligibility
