Engineering Manager, Bedrock

📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy and execution for the team, driving projects from initial idea
• Provide deep technical oversight by actively participating in design reviews, architecture
• Serve as a subject matter expert, setting the bar for engineering excellence and coding best
• Mentor and coach engineers on complex technical challenges and career development, and grow a
• Define team plans and deliverables while remaining accountable for the platform's availability
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to translate user needs and product

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in designing and building large-scale user-facing systems in production.
• 3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams building lean mission-critical, highly
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Extensive and strong development experience in cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, is
• Strong hands-on skills. Can drill deep into the complex system design and implementation on a
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors, or equivalent experience.
