📋 Description

• Lead a small backend/platform team in regulated fintech.
• Own delivery plans, tradeoffs, and execution.
• Collaborate on architecture with product & compliance.
• Review approaches and unblock decisions; contribute code when needed.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and auditability of systems.
• Align engineering work with product and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering
• 3+ years directly managing engineers
• Strong Go proficiency with production systems
• Experience leading backend/platform teams
• Turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
• fintech/banking or regulated systems preferred
