Engineering Manager (Claims)

📋 Description

• Lead the Claims Platform engineering team
• Own the Claims Platform surface, APIs, and invoice integration
• Define technical direction, reliability targets, SLAs
• Cross-functional partnership with insurance, billing, and data teams
• Ensure operational health: incident response and on-call sustainability
• Contribute technically and own select deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years as a Software Engineer
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Built systems, services, or APIs at meaningful scale
• Strong focus on reliability and architecture decisions
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and operations teams
• Willing to pair as a hands-on manager and lead design decisions
