• Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization

• Product-minded and customer-oriented; shaped roadmaps alongside product partners
• Built and scaled distributed systems in production; technical depth to guide architecture and API
• Led teams that ship quickly and hold a high quality bar
• Collaborate well across functions and can align teams you don't manage
