Engineering Manager, Cloud Platform

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers.
• Own AWS cloud foundations across compute, networking, and identity.
• Drive cloud cost observability and attribution through tagging and reporting.
• Set and communicate technical priorities across reliability, security, and cost.
• Ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and resilient for users.
• Partner with Security and Platform leadership on standards and roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a cloud platform or infra-focused org.
• Experience managing Kubernetes at scale in production.
• Strong AWS experience: compute, networking, IAM, core services.
• Led or coached engineers with people mgmt or tech lead.
• IaC and GitOps with Terraform and Helm.
• Clear communicator, align priorities with security and leadership.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
