Lead engineers on AWS cloud foundations and Kubernetes platform
Set technical priorities across cloud infrastructure, reliability, security, and cost
Own production systems and incident management to improve reliability
Collaborate with Security and Platform leadership on standards and roadmaps
Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient platform for internal teams and customers
Balance priorities to align with department and company goals

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in cloud platform or infrastructure roles
Proven track record leading Kubernetes at scale in production
Strong hands-on AWS experience: compute, networking, IAM
Experience coaching/managing engineers and growing talent
IaC and GitOps experience with Terraform and Helm
Clear communication across security, engineering, and leadership
