🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as an Engineering Manager for Software & Systems Engineers.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers.
• Excel at planning and delivering with predictability.
• IP networking background: BGP, Layer 3 routing, cross-connects, VLANs.
• Experience building/operating provisioning and automation for network infra.
• Monitoring, alerting, and debugging distributed systems bridging software and network ops.
