Engineering Manager, Cloudflare One client

📋 Description

• Lead Cloudflare One Client Apps team (iOS/Android/desktop GUI)
• Build and ship mobile apps and cross-platform GUI
• Shape engineering strategy with cross-team partners
• Own planning, execution, and shipping; ensure solid foundations
• Lead, inspire, and foster a diverse, collaborative culture
• Communicate clearly with empathy; turn gaps into solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading geographically distributed engineers
• Experience shipping mobile apps and SDKs
• Experience building GUI apps, ideally Flutter or cross-platform
• Strong understanding of VPN, SASE, and networking
• AI-first mindset to accelerate velocity with accountability
• Commitment to CI/CD and automated testing
