Engineering Manager, Cohere APIs and DevEx

📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and grow a talented and enthusiastic team of backend and full-stack software
• Participate in model releases and develop new API capabilities
• Work closely with Modelling and Model Serving teams
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure customers have an easy and delightful time managing teams
• Oversee and contribute to open source projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing engineering teams and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software
• Experience shipping products with a large number of stakeholders
• Comfortable with the front and back end of the stack, and have previously worked with Go, Next.js
• Passionate about recruiting and growing people and teams
• Passionate about building rapport with your team and prioritize 1:1s
• Excellent communication skills and believe that documentation is a great way to get feedback and
