📋 Description

• Guide teams through platform transformation and adoption of the new direction.
• Partner with Product/domain to shape roadmap around customer value and data quality.
• Develop Technical Leads and senior engineers; delegate decisions with accountability.
• Maintain depth to lead credibly; avoid becoming the default technical owner.
• Set goals, milestones and delivery rhythms; balance roadmap with debt and platform health.
• Build end-to-end operational ownership: on-call, runbooks, incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a software engineering team (EM/Tech Lead) with delivery responsibility.
• Strong foundations in backend, data or distributed systems; review designs and coach engineers.
• Able to work with Product, engineering and domain stakeholders to translate priorities.
• Experience operating production systems: on-call, incident response, monitoring.
• Track record of setting goals, coordinating delivery and accountability.
• Some involvement in hiring or technical interviewing with evidence-based feedback.
