📋 Description

• Lead a Connectivity engineering team in London and SF.
• Own connectivity infra: MCP proxy, OAuth, and token mgmt.
• Collaborate with SF, product, security to define roadmap across sites.
• Build reliable, enterprise-grade proxy infrastructure with strong controls.
• Establish engineering practices: on-call, incident response, postmortems.
• Contribute to Anthropic engineering management initiatives.

• Production distributed systems experience and reliability focus.
• Excellent communication across time zones and teams.

• 3+ years as an engineering manager.
