Engineering Manager, Consumer Core

📋 Description

• Lead the Consumer Core full-stack team (KMP front-end; Python/Java back-end).
• Define architecture, security patterns, and scalable features.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Data Science on roadmaps.
• Foster a safe, collaborative culture and high-quality delivery.
• Scale systems for reliability, performance, and developer productivity.
• Grow AI adoption in KMP, Python, and Java platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management, mobile or API domains.
• Experience scaling teams and reducing ambiguity.
• Familiar with mobile/API infra (AWS preferred) and SDLC tools.
• Hands-on with serverless, REST, microservices, MVI, and Clean Architecture.
• Value clarity over consensus to align teams during change.
• Interested in integrating AI into workflows to boost delivery speed and quality.
