📋 Description

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development for a team of software engineers.
• Lead pods (2-4 engineers + PM/Designer) to implement features and address requests.
• Provide technical direction in projects and grow engineering leadership.
• Help grow the organization: interviewing, recruiting, culture, processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership mentoring and evaluating engineering teams.
• Experience building/operating production services with high availability.
• Expertise managing on-call rotations and incident response.
• Technical manager who can evaluate complex design tradeoffs with experts.
• Experience developing in Go, used for much of the system.
• Strong communication and collaboration; ability to work independently.
• Flexible to the dynamic startup environment.
