Engineering Manager, Creator Analytics

📋 Description

• Own the technical direction and delivery of Creator Analytics investments.
• Set and uphold a high engineering quality bar.
• Lead a team of senior engineers across frontend, backend, and fullstack.
• Drive alignment with partner teams including Product and Data Platform.
• Translate long-term technical strategy into durable roadmaps and plans.
• Help shape Creator Analytics into a best-in-class analytics platform for creators.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience on large-scale systems.
• Proven experience leading and developing engineers.
• Experience building or scaling analytics platforms, experimentation systems, or data products.
• Track record delivering impactful technical solutions.
• Strong technical judgment and cross-functional communication.
• Bonus: experience in gaming, ad-tech, or consumer analytics at scale.
