Engineering Manager, CRM Systems

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Salesforce admins and developers; foster AI-enabled practices.
• Define and execute CRM strategy, architecture, roadmap with product leadership.
• Deliver scalable CRM solutions for lifecycle workflows: lead, opportunity, onboarding, support, revenue.
• Drive improvements in architecture, testing, observability, deployment automation, and CI/CD.
• Establish engineering processes: sprint planning, design reviews, releases, incident response, maintenance.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading engineering teams focused on Salesforce/CRM.
• Strong software engineering in architecture, APIs, integrations, testing, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on Salesforce: Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Flow, Apex, LWC.
• Experience with planning, code reviews, deployments, incident mgmt.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.
