• Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams.
• Built and operated large-scale customer-facing web applications or developer products.
• Strong product engineering mindset and collaboration with PMs and designers.
• Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and the broader JS ecosystem.
• Understanding of frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and design systems.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
