📋 Description

• Own platform supporting 1+ PB of intelligence data across batch, real-time, and APIs
• Build next-gen AI architecture for blockchain intelligence infrastructure
• Drive 10x faster deployment of new models and data products
• Lead and hire two sub-teams spanning data infrastructure to product delivery
• Set the production systems direction: architecture, tooling, platform investments
• Build platforms that accelerate data scientists to test and deliver intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on data/engineering with 4+ years managing people
• Player-coach who stays close to technical work and sets team strategy
• Owned production systems at scale: APIs or decisioning engines
• Strong Python and SQL; BigQuery, Airflow, data lake, serving layers
• Active daily user of AI tools to accelerate development
• Good judgment on tech bets and investments shaping TRM's platform
