Engineering Manager, Data Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-impact engineering team with mentorship.
• Own delivery and reliability of critical data services.
• Drive outcomes with KPI-based goals and measurable metrics.
• Design scalable data infrastructure for blockchain data.
• Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers.
• Resolve escalations and production incidents to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in distributed systems from design to production.
• Strong Python and SQL or SparkSQL.
• Experience with data stores: ClickHouse, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, Neo4j.
• Data pipelines/tools: Airflow, DBT, Luigi, Azkaban, Storm; Spark/Kafka/Flink.
• Deployment/monitoring: Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Datadog.
