Engineering Manager, Data (LATAM)

📋 Description

• Own the platform supporting 1+ PB of intelligence products (batch, real-time, 24/7 APIs)
• Build next-gen AI architecture for blockchain intelligence infrastructure
• Drive 10x speed/overhead improvements for new models and data products
• Lead two sub-teams from data infra to product delivery and raise AI fluency
• Set the technical direction for production systems and platform investments
• Build platforms that accelerate data science work and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on data/engineering with 4+ years of people management
• Player-coach close to technical work; reviews architecture & pipelines; sets team strategy
• Own production systems at scale: customer-facing data products, APIs, or decisioning engines
• Strong Python and SQL; BigQuery, Airflow, data lake architecture, serving layers
• Active daily user of AI tools to accelerate development and challenge assumptions
• Good judgment; decide on tech bets and investments shaping TRM's platform
