🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading data or software engineering teams (hiring and coaching).
• Strong ability to drive technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on design of data pipelines, models, and platform architecture.
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; comfortable with data stacks like Kafka/Spark/Airflow.
• Experience with cloud data infra (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and dbt.
