• Directly manage and support a team of engineers
• Partner with Product, Design, and Success stakeholders for roadmap planning
• Coach engineers and support career development
• Remove execution obstacles and improve team processes
• Diagnose project challenges and make adjustments
• Maintain strong technical involvement and contribute to decisions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of engineering management experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and technical background in Clojure ecosystem or frontend
• Ability to read and understand code and technical design documentation
• Strong product sensibilities and ability to assess product proposals
• Demonstrated ability to debug project execution
• Strong problem-decomposition skills
