📋 Description

• Enable effective execution with Quality and Speed, in partnership with the team’s Product Manager
• Ensure 3+ 9s availability of Dedicated infrastructure, ensuring security and automating for maximum
• Provide clear direction, meaningful feedback and foster an environment where meaningless toil gets
• Continuously improve owned artifacts in a direction of optimizing platforms for self-service
• Recruitment, onboarding and development of excellent and productive team members.
• Be a role model for the team: provide Proof of concepts, agentic mindset and extreme simplification

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record building and owning large-scale distributed services, with the technical depth
• Experience in driving operational excellence and owning services running at four-nines (99.99%)
• Experience leveraging AI tooling to boost team productivity, with real lessons learned from both
• A history of building and managing high-performing, accountable team cultures, including managing
• Comfort driving complex projects to completion without relying on a dedicated TPM
• Experience leading distributed and remote teams effectively
