Engineering Manager (Delivery & SDK)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the team for Statsig’s global delivery infra and 30+ SDKs.
• Define strategy for highly available, low-latency evaluation and delivery at scale.
• Improve SDK ergonomics, performance, reliability, consistency, and docs.
• Expand SDK coverage to new languages, frameworks, runtimes, and platforms.
• Establish shared architecture and quality standards across a polyglot codebase.
• Partner with product, infra, and customer teams to shape the developer platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building production SDKs or developer libraries across native mobile and server-side.
• Broad technical range across multiple languages, runtimes, and platforms.
• Experience leading teams for developer infrastructure, distributed systems, or critical software.
• Strong API/SDK design knowledge: ergonomics, backward compatibility, performance.
• Experience building highly available, low-latency systems affecting end-user experiences.
• Generalist mindset: enjoy learning across stacks and making informed decisions.
