📋 Description

• Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering team for Device Identity and Access.
• Define long-term technical vision and roadmap with leadership partners.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security; guide architecture and reviews.
• Own recruitment, mentoring, and career development of engineers.
• Execute agile planning and on-time, high-quality delivery of security features.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise software with 3+ years in leadership.
• Large-scale multi-tenant SaaS experience (Java/Spring Boot).
• Client-side dev across iOS, macOS, Windows, Linux, Android.
• Security domain expertise: TPMs, Secure Enclaves, MDM, risk evaluation.
• Cross-platform understanding of how OS security reports to the cloud.
• Excellent executive communication; ability to influence architecture and roadmap.
