Engineering Manager - DevOps

📋 Description

• Lead and support a DevOps pod of 10+ engineers; accountable for the roadmap, engineering standards
• Own the resilience of systems; design failover and prove with regular drills.
• Own compliant infrastructure: build controls for DORA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR into the
• Own the delivery path: CI/CD, environments, artifact and secrets management, progressive rollout
• Own observability and support incident response: SLOs, alerting, fast DevOps escalation support
• Stay close to the work; review designs, help debug incidents, and contribute hands-on when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in infrastructure engineering, with 4+ years managing an infrastructure team at scale.
• Experience operating in a regulated or audited environment.
• Experience running production infrastructure for high-traffic systems across multiple regions.
• Ability to ship code including Terraform, Helm, and pipeline code, and debug production incidents.
• Demonstrated hiring and performance management.
• Leadership focused on growing people; former reports would vouch for listening, clearing the way
