🎯 Requirements

8+ years software Eng; 3+ years leading teams.
Hands-on full-stack with production code experience.
Transitioning work from vendor to internal teams.
Managing Salesforce + modern web stacks (React, Next.js, TS, Node).
Experience with offshore vendor teams or consultants.
Strong partnership with Product leadership in a matrix org.
Nice-to-have: healthcare/regulatory domain experience.
