• A written example of how you ran a delivery process or unblocked a team.
• Managed a small, high-output engineering team.
• Incident command experience.
• A track record of hiring at a high bar.
• Technical enough to earn respect; engineers trust your judgment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
