Engineering Manager, Ecommerce

📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional Product Engineering pod responsible for payments
• Collaborate across Fullscript’s engineering org as a technical authority for payments-related
• Own the checkout experience end to end, from cart to confirmation
• Design and maintain integrations with payment processing platforms such as Stripe
• Build and evolve connections to financial systems and fulfillment platforms
• Ensure payment flows are secure, auditable, and highly reliable

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading ecommerce or transaction-critical systems
• Understanding of payment integrations such as Stripe or similar platforms
• Technical depth and product judgment to guide senior engineering conversations across architecture
• Experience planning and executing platform modernizations, or large refactors in production systems
• Experience directly managing engineers, including coaching, performance management, and career
• Proven ability to partner closely with finance and operations stakeholders
