📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams and be the engineering stakeholder for your domain.
• Be the single point of alignment for your teams; unify direction to execute.
• Partner with Product to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Improve engineering effectiveness — delivery, quality, and cross-team collaboration.
• Define, improve, and enforce the teams' SDLC and engineering processes.
• Set standards, foster engineering culture, and drive modern practices — including AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• AI fluency: experience leveraging AI to optimize engineering workflows.
• Comfort owning and shaping SDLC with modern, iterative practices.
