Engineering Manager, Enrollment

📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers on React Native mobile codebase.
• Migrate Enrollment to a mobile-first experience.
• Define Enrollment as a platform with APIs and guardrails.
• Manage a rigorous A/B program to improve enrollment.
• Establish CI/CD automated testing and performance monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading a team of ~5 engineers.
• Strong React Native, mobile, or client-side background.
• Experience owning a major product surface end-to-end.
• Proven ability to design and interpret A/B experiments.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Python, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS.
