📋 Description

• Own the team's engineering delivery; set pace, remove blockers, ensure predictable output.
• Partner with Product and stakeholders to define and maintain a prioritised roadmap.
• Build a high-performing team: hire deliberately, onboard engineers, grow talent, manage performance.
• Represent team's delivery health and technical direction to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain technical engagement: architectural trade-offs, enable engineers, identify risk early.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Sales, Finance, Product, and platform engineering to unlock fast delivery.

• Proven track record as an Engineering Manager with direct line management of engineers building complex software products in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven delivery instincts; established or rebuilt cadences; maintains velocity when priorities shift.
• Technical credibility in architectural and system design; engineers trust your judgement.
• Experience navigating cross-functional stakeholders; translate trade-offs into business language.
• Thoughtful people leadership: hire with intent, develop engineers, address underperformance.
• Comfort with ambiguity; balance product development with ongoing system maintenance; make deliberate trade-offs.
