📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of core product initiatives; lead a fullstack team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as product-focused fullstack or backend engineer.
• 2+ years leading engineers with ownership over delivery and health.
• Proven ability to design and operate backend platforms for multiple product lines.
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks (React) or backend (Python/Node.js/Go).
• Excellent technical judgment and product instinct; attention to UX.
• Bonus: AI-powered apps, large-scale data, LLM evaluation.
