📋 Description

• Lead ERP engineering for D365 F&O and AI-native layer.
• Oversee end-to-end ERP development and integrations.
• Define ERP strategy; transition to clean-core platform.
• Own tech architecture: agent harnesses, pipelines, guardrails.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD for reliable releases.
• Mentor and grow ERP engineers across 30+ entities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead.
• Deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O expertise.
• Hands-on software: C#, X++, .NET, Azure.
• Strong DevOps, CI/CD, release governance.
• Experience with agentic AI engineering (MCP/A2A).
• Fluent English; German a plus.
