Engineering Manager (Experimentation Data Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Lead data ingestion, computation, and stats engine teams.
• Define technical and scientific strategy for experimentation.
• Translate statistical methods into scalable product capabilities.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, PMs, and customers.
• Evolve data and compute architecture for complex experiment designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on data science background in experimentation, statistics, or causal inference.
• Experience leading teams of 10-15 data scientists and engineers.
• Knowledge of variance reduction, sequential testing, Bayesian inference.
• Experience building large-scale data ingestion and distributed compute across cloud/data warehouses.
• Ability to connect statistical innovation with customer needs to define an experimentation roadmap.
