🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering management leading delivery.
• Experience hiring, performance reviews, and talent development.
• Ownership of project management for software features delivery.
• Technical depth to evaluate designs and estimates.
• Strong collaboration with Product to define features and priorities.
