🎯 Requirements

• Engineering Leadership: 4+ years managing engineering teams, hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
• Technical Depth: 8+ years hands-on software engineering experience; capable of PR review and architectural work.
• Execution & Delivery: shipping complex, customer-facing web apps at scale under real-world deadlines.
• Product & Stakeholder Influence: work with product/design; influence VP/C-suite decisions.
• AI & Full-Stack Proficiency: experience building AI-integrated products with full-stack comfort across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Adaptive Mindset: thrives in chaos and ambiguity; early-stage growth experience.
