📋 Description

• Lead fullstack teams across Launch and Websites for Owner.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, AI Agents on high-impact projects.
• Shape architecture for an AI-augmented product surface.
• Hire, grow, and retain engineers in a high-trust environment.
• Foster simplicity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to code/architecture reviews and unblock teams.

🎯 Requirements

• ~3 years of software engineering management experience.
• Track record leading full-stack teams (not just backend/frontend).
• Strong product sense; balance speed, quality, user impact.
• Experience with React and Node.js.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product/design/business.
• Growth/PLG experience is a plus, not required.
