📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
• Drive end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises
• Own customer success from technical deployment through delivery
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver AI to enterprises
• Mentor your team on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and enterprise deployments
• Optimize performance for OpenSearch, databases, and Kubernetes services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering with leadership
• Hands-on enterprise software deployment at scale
• Cloud infrastructure expertise (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent English communication
