📋 Description

• Lead a software and data engineering team focused on finance systems.
• Own the technical vision for core financial systems, tools, and integrations.
• Ensure the finance automation stack integrates with upstream tools and GL.
• Build and iterate tools to improve finance data quality and speed.
• Maintain accuracy and operational excellence across the platform.
• Define and deliver architecture to scale the financial automation stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an engineer with a strong coding focus.
• 3+ years as an engineering manager of productive teams.
• Track record shipping UX that elevates high-stakes experiences.
• Experience handling transactional data at scale in a SOX environment.
• Built and led lean teams delivering impactful results.
• Comfortable defining architecture, ways of working, and roadmap.
