🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing fintech or high-scale distributed teams
• Strong experience with payments and banking infrastructure
• Proven track record leading mission-critical systems
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and transactions
• Experience building highly available and reliable systems
