Engineering Manager, Fraud & Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of engineers focused on fraud detection and platform integrity
• Define and execute the fraud and compliance roadmap with product, operations, and leadership
• Build systems to generate fraud signals, evaluate risk, and automate decisions
• Drive AI-powered detection, including LLM-based engines, scoring models, and review workflows
• Establish evaluation frameworks for detection performance, calibration, and FP/TP tradeoffs
• Recruit engineers and raise the talent bar across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience building/operating production systems at scale
• 3+ years of engineering management leading high-performing teams
• Experience leading teams through scale, ambiguity, or rapid change with impact
