Engineering Manager, Front-end (Amplify Marketing Team)

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams and set the technical vision for internal tools and platforms that
• Own a portfolio of internal systems supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Success
• Balance technical leadership and people leadership, setting direction, modeling best practices, and
• Partner closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior internal stakeholders to

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6-8+ years of hands-on software development experience building and operating highly available
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures and scalable, multi-tenant design patterns.
• 5+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading high-performing teams that deliver
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools and workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) in your
• Comfortable setting technical direction and standards, partnering with peers and senior leadership

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range for US locations: $176,000 - $264,000 USD.
• Total compensation may include annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer
• Work authorization and relocation support for this position.
